Calpe's coastal route is about two kilometres long. The Paseo Infanta Elena is the beginning of the promenade. It is a promenade that is always lively and busy. It runs along the Arenal-Bol beach to the point where it connects with the traditional fishing port of Calpe.
All along the promenade you can enjoy different famous spots on the Costa Blanca, such as the Baños de la Reina archaeological site. But, above all, for the postcards and panoramic views that the route will leave you with.
In the fishing port you will come across the Real Club Náutico de Calpe, the most outstanding point on the coast of the municipality. This is due to its incredible facilities and views surrounded by the shadow of the Peñón de Ifach. The port has two distinctly separate areas. The area for fishermen who work and carry out their routine here and the more leisurely nautical area, you will be amazed by the number and variety of boats that pass through this port every day! In addition, thanks to the club, you have a great sailing school, accessible to all ages. There are also other water sports such as rowing and snorkelling.
We can't fail to recommend this point of the route as a fantastic place to eat and enjoy the traditional gastronomy of Calpe. Not only will you have a great meal in the club's restaurant, but there are numerous restaurants with typical dishes from the bay, where seafood and rice are the protagonists.
