Portet Beach
Fine sand, calm waters, and that sheltered breeze that makes everything flow. It’s not just any beach, it’s Moraira’s beach.
Portet Beach is shell-shaped and has the character of a refuge. Its turquoise blue waters, calm thanks to the rocky walls that embrace it, make it an ideal spot for swimming, playing, practicing water sports… or simply doing nothing.
It is a fine sandy beach, with some areas of smooth stones that do not bother. It is about 350 meters long and has been awarded the Blue Flag for years due to its excellent maintenance. It’s not uncommon, everything here is designed for a perfect beach day.
There are lifeguards, accessible entrances, nearby terraces for eating or having a drink, and a beachside company that makes it easy for you to try kayaking, paddle surfing, or snorkeling without hassle. It’s the most frequented by families in the area for a reason.
And if you feel like extending your plan, a simple route starts from here to the Torre del Cap d’Or. You walk slowly, with the sea by your side, and reach one of the best viewpoints along the coast.
