With a plot of 900 m2, the villa has a parking area in front of the main entrance with space for one vehicle.
From the living room there is access to the terrace area with outdoor sofas and beautiful sea views, a modern 2.60m / 6m swimming pool and sunbathing area.
On the same terrace, there is a laundry room with washing machine and outside sink.
It is 900m from the sandy beach "Playa del Portet", 900m from the supermarket, 900m from the restaurant, 2km from the town "Moraira" and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.
