The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and TV, the other two bedrooms have two single beds each measuring 105cm for greater comfort, air conditioning and TV. Two full bathrooms with shower, a spacious lounge with plenty of natural light, and a kitchen with dining area for 6 guests. The villa also has a pleasant reading and relaxation area, equipped with comfortable armchairs and a selection of books and board games, perfect for enjoying moments of tranquillity during your holiday.
From the ground floor you can access a beautiful raised terrace, furnished with a comfortable set of outdoor sofas and a coffee table. From here you can enjoy open views towards Calpe, its natural surroundings and the emblematic Peñón de Ifach.

Lower floor:
The lower floor houses a spacious leisure and entertainment area, especially designed to enjoy with family or friends.
It features a large games room equipped with a pool table and table football, as well as an area with a ping-pong table.
On this same floor we find a spacious dining room with a large table and chairs, ideal for gathering and sharing meals or long after-dinner conversations. This area also has a refrigerator and microwave, which is especially practical for enjoying the lower floor and outdoor areas without needing to continuously go back to the main floor. The lower floor also has a guest toilet.
From this area you can access directly to the outside and the pool terrace.
