The entrance to the plot has a ramp with space for several cars and is fenced. From the living room, you can access the covered terrace with an outdoor table for eating or dining outside and next to it there is a brick barbecue. From the terrace to the pool, there is a small flight of three steps. The pool is in front and has brick stairs to access its interior, a brick shower, a sunbed area to sunbathe and beautiful open views of Calpe and the sea.
It is located 2 km from Calpe train station, 3 km from Calpe city centre, 4 km from Arenal-Bol sandy beach, 4 km from Puerto Blanco beach, 77 km from the airport and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanisation.
