Description
The beautiful Sunny villa in Calpe has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people, recommended for 6 adults and 2 children. Perfect for two families with children, or friends and located in a quiet residential area in Calpe and close to all services and the beach.
Distribution of the villa:
With 180 m2, the house has two independent houses connected by an external staircase as can be seen in the photos. On the first floor we find a house with a spacious living room with tv, air conditioning, sofa and a dining table, a nice kitchen open to the living room fully equipped, a full bathroom with shower, a glazed terrace with views of the Peñón de Ifach and area for relaxation, and a very spacious bedroom with a sofa bed (recommended for two children), a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
Going up some external stairs we find the second floor with a living room with a sofa, a dining table and a modern fully equipped open kitchen, the whole room has air conditioning, a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a complete bathroom with a bathtub, a third room with a double bed, air conditioning and large windows through which a beautiful light enters and a full bathroom with shower. Both the rooms and the living room open onto a beautiful terrace with a table for lunch or dinner and open views from where you can see the Peñón de Ifach and Las Salinas.
The whole house has a lot of natural light and is perfectly equipped so that you can spend a few unbeatable days with your family or friends in Calpe.

The entrance to the plot has an electric gate and a pedestrian gate and there is space to park several vehicles inside and outside.
Going down a slight difference of 6 steps, you access the pool area where you will find sunbeds for sunbathing, a parasol and the beautiful 8/4 pool with Roman built-in stairs. Bordering the house you will find a nice brick and covered barbecue area, with a brick table, benches and chairs to sit.

This is the 4th villa I have rented from villas guzman and by far the best. The villa is within walking distance to local supermarkets and about 15/20 mins to front beach. The villa itself was immaculate everything that you would need is there, even see more
This is the 4th villa I have rented from villas guzman and by far the best. The villa is within walking distance to local supermarkets and about 15/20 mins to front beach. The villa itself was immaculate everything that you would need is there, even a hairdryer for my wife. In total there was 4 Television sets all at around 50" and bigger so plenty of entertainment available, we brought our Amazon firestick which plugged in and gave us Alexa who played us music during our stay . Pool was great and also wi-fi was good connection. Beds were really comfortable and myself who can have a sore back experienced no problems so overall I can't fault this villa whatsoever. I had 1 minor issue with the door lock being a bit stiff but after calling the office they sent a maintenance man extremely quickly who promptly dealt with the problem so all I can say is looking forward to my next holiday with villasguzman. Thank you.

Can't really think of any area to improve having used your villas on 4 occasions I have never really had any problems. It is a straight forward process from start to finish.
