El Portet Beach is about 350 metres long and is characterised by its accentuated shell shape. Its turquoise blue waters are perfect for a purifying swim or an underwater route if you are a water sports lover. It has a company right on the beach that makes sports such as kayaking, snorkelling and paddle surfing more accessible.
These options are possible thanks to its side walls that surround the beach, turning its waters into a haven of peace. As you can see, it is also an unrepeatable place to enjoy with the family and the youngest members of the family. For all these reasons, it is one of the most famous beaches in this part of the Costa Blanca.
It is a beach of very fine sand, although it has a small corner that incorporates smooth stone.
It has been awarded and recognised with the Blue Flag of the European Foundation and is undoubtedly the most picturesque beach in Moraira-Teulada. In fact, it is the beach most frequented by local families, thanks to its fully equipped and accessible facilities. It has lifeguards and is very close to several restaurants with terraces where you can enjoy the summer in all its splendour and with wonderful views.
Thanks to its proximity to the town centre, it is one of the most popular beaches on the Costa Blanca and is considered to be one of the best sandy beaches on the whole of the Levantine coast.
From this beach you can start a very simple hiking route. It is very accessible for the whole family and its final destination is the Torre Vigía del Cap d'Or. Are you going to miss this jewel of a beach?
