Fustera Beach

La Fustera Beach is one of the most famous and popular beaches in Benissa Costa. It has been awarded several distinctions for the environment that surrounds it, the quality of its waters and the marine diversity it possesses. Among these distinctions are the Blue Flag and the Ecoplayas award. From its small corners you can reach the Cova de la Fustera, which provides a peculiar setting for the Peñón de Ifach and the Mediterranean Sea. It is a 10-metre high cave, ideal for adventurers.

It is a small, secluded corner of fine, shiny sand that is a must if you come to Benissa. In addition, its posidonia meadows are the perfect ingredient for water sports such as snorkelling. In fact, there are services for nautical activities.

The vegetation practically reaches the seafront. Its seabed is the perfect environment to guarantee a very varied and diverse marine fauna.

It is a beach with all the services you can imagine. To begin with, it is adapted for people with reduced mobility and there are toilets accessible by means of amphibious chairs and crutches. There are also the usual services necessary for a family day out, such as picnic areas, a beach bar and a playground for the little ones.

It can be reached easily by road and there is a car park nearby. If you need more information about the rest of this area, a few metres from La Fustera is the Casa dels Cents Vents with the tourist office and the Aula del Mar. A point where different activities on sustainable awareness and care for the environment are carried out.
