The first orthodox temple in Spain is in Altea. More specifically, in the area of Altea Hills. Its construction began at the end of 2002 and in 2007 it was officially consecrated. As a curiosity, you should know that absolutely all the materials used for its construction are of Russian origin.
Undoubtedly, a different and lesser-known visit for tourists, but not to be missed.
