Mascarat Beach

One of the most beautiful coves in Altea. It is characterised by being a pebble cove, with boulders and no sand. Its transparent waters bring out the best of water sports such as snorkelling. An ideal place to disconnect, where you can sail your boat and enjoy the beach bars on the beach.

It is located behind the Altea Marina and within the Serra Gelada Natural Park. In addition, there are several places to enjoy the views it offers. One is from the rocky outcrop. From here, you can see the posidonia meadows and all the life they shelter. The other point is higher up, from the viewpoint near the nearest housing estate.
